Founder-led

Life Street was founded by Paul Flanagan — a Registered Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience in clinical and organisational psychology working with organisations, managers and employees. Paul built Life Street around one purpose- to better help and support the wellbeing of employees and organisations by redefining what an EAP can be.

Decades of Experience

30+ years in the field and trenches of employee mental health led us to a point where we have reimagined the Employee Assistance Program. Driven by a vision to create something different and better, with greater impact, without forgetting the fundamentals that are key to a high-quality EAP.

Transformation

We have kept the parts of an EAP that help employees, HR/WHS and managers when done well, and developed our purpose-built secure digital services system that integrates digital tools, activities and counselling services.
